Stopped by on my lunch hour on 12/11/13 to have 2 small zippo lighters engraved. My business wasn't worth their time. An older lady came to the front and said they wouldn't be able to have them done by Christmas because "the lady that does that only works 2 days a week and we already have a lot of work". I'll never try to do business with them again.
