The worst problem affecting residents actually is elevators. The building has 3 of them but only one is usually working alone, with a very, very, very high frequency of breaking. It isolates residents in their apartments for long hours or let them trapped to wait for the repair to come It is criminal if you are taking about elders must of them very sick. 156 apartments multiplied by an average of $670 per unit is around of $104,520 gross sales per month!.... and they can't have the building functioning in a right manner?!.... Who is the bad guy here???!!!

no security or management after 5pm until 9am no central air conditioning, paint chipping and dirty inside and outside of building building smells stale, carpets need cleaning, doors for diabled frequently not working fire alarm system fails occationally, no fire sprinklers in halls, and much more.
