Came out to do free estimate within hours of my telephone call. Offered me two options to refinish the pet- and water-stained flooring in my recently purchased home. Did the work within days of my accepting their offer and even allowed me to postpone the second day of work - without complaint or penalty - to allow another contractor in to do a long-delayed installation project in the same room as the refinishing project. Did an excellent job of refinishing the floor - have gotten innumerable compliments on the appearance and cost - and did not try to pressure me into allowing them to do the second, more expensive option that we'd discussed during the initial inspection. Saved me the thousands of dollars that another refinishing company was going to charge to replace my floor which that estimator said was "the worst floor he'd ever seen" and could never be refinished! Would highly recommend Classic Flooring!
