For over 20 years I have been a self taught techie that has been fixing the computers of my friends and family as well as those through word of mouth. I have a 100% customer satisfaction driven method where I take the time to help the customer understand exactly what is happening and what steps they can take to prevent the issue from arising again. I offer most of the same services top brand stores do, yet at a fraction of the cost & time! Most issues are resolved same day unless hard replacement is required.
