Jeff and the gangYet another letter of thanks from two very satisfied customers. We flew with Jeff on 14th September this year as a 40th birthday gift from my husband, Ricky. I admit I was nervous as I am not good with heights but Jeff explained that this is rarely a problem during a flight and he was absolutely right! Ricky has waited 10 years for me to get the courage to do this and I wish I had done it sooner! So if anyone reading this is still unsure because of the heights involved - do it! You'll be glad you did. I was so pleased with myself afterwards and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience (apart from Jeff's jokes, which should carry a government health warning). Only kidding Jeff - thanks for the reassurances and for looking after us so well.Anne Bryans
