Jillian Artis, APRN, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife who began her career in the labor and delivery unit at Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago in 2011. Following service as a registered nurse in private clinical practices (including a fertility center) in the Midwest, she relocated to Central Florida in 2016 to serve as a hospitalist and certified nurse midwife at Winnie Palmer Hospital. She joined the OB-GYN team at AdventHealth with significant experience in the areas of inpatient triage, intrapartum and postpartum care. management of obstetrical patients, and assisting in Cesarean section deliveries. An honors graduate of the University of Florida, she was also a top-performing student within the University of Illinois at Chicago’s nurse midwifery program.
