Wow, what a great fitness facility. I have been a member of many larger chains and can say that I enjoy Triangle the most. I have been a member since they opened in 2006. They have everything you need and friendly helpful staff. I would definitely recommend Triangle Fitness for anyone needing a gym. By the way the same people own the Welcome location as well and you can get a metro pass to go to both locations!
