needed a lamp replacment for a large mitsubishi tv. They not only had them but they put them in housing units and showed me how to install at no additional cost, except for the lamp cost. much cheaper than maufactures price. v ery nice people.
Had a warranty repair to be performed, was called and told that it was better to order the part without coming out to actually see what was wrong because it would be quicker. After a 24 DAY WAIT the technician comes out only to discover that "WOW" they ordered the wrong part. Now I still have a broken washing machine and that they will do "everything in their power" to expedite getting it fixed. oH and they are truly sorry for the inconvenience, this NEVER happens. Yeah right!
The people at Triad Electronics are very friendly. They are helpful. My TV was repaired very quickly and expertly! I recommend them and will use them again.
