Bought my Everride Warrior at Mt. Airy Equip, and had terrible warranty service. Looked around my local area for someone who had experience with the brand. Brought the "Z" to Snead's for the first time in 2008 with 2 messed up spindles. Snead's was 30 miles away, but so worth the drive. The owner, Todd, took the time to educate me on the unit and the problem. He went above and beyond to help me communicate with the company when they refused my warranty; persisting until he got the results he was looking for. He kept me apprised of any updates and always called to get authorization as other problems were found with my unit. Todd is honest and he will "tell you like it is". Got my machine back in a timely manner and running like a dream. We have used Snead's for all work and maintenance done on the unit ever since with complete satisfaction. Gary H

These guys promised my mower back in a week. Took them three. They did work not authorized and did not fix the problem I took it in for. Lousy service. Then told me since I didn't buy it there, they put everyone who did ahead of me. Never again!
