Unethical hearing aid department. They refuse to honor insurance contractual adjustment despite having a contract to do so.
Hearing aid staff are never on time and always late.
Doctors and staff are very friendly. I have no complaints at all. They were also kind enough to allow me to make payments for what my insurance didn't cover.
It's a factory and the attitude of the front desk people leaves much to be desired.. Get 'em in, get 'em out. won't go back.
I had scheduled an appointment at Piedmont Ear, Nose, Throat for Vertigo. Unfortunately, the middle of December is here and I can not pay the $40 Co-Pay. The office said, "It is required that I pay the $40 today before being senn by the doctor. This is disturbing to me because my son has an appointment today and his dermatology specialist said he would bill me for co-pay.
I am unable to rate the service as it relates to the Doctor but I can rate the customer service experience a big fat "0". The lady on the phone should have been more flexible in her decision to turn away patients who don't have a co-payment at the time of service. Just because it's Christmas, doesn't mean you have to be a "SCROOGE".
