store is clean and smells wonderful, but the staff are clueless, especially when it comes to fish and small mammals. they don't understand about different species of fish not being housed together, needing different water parameters, and they REGULARLY recommend housing very large fish(blue channel cats and common plecos) in very small tanks. the same holds for their small animals, often recommending cages that are horribly undersized, and actually recommending against fresh foods. i have witnessed the store manager swear on the floor, and even make sexual comments to his almost entirely female staff. employees eat and drink behind the counter on a regular basis, and the night shift do nothing but joke around, throwing things in the store, sitting and talking with eachother, using potty humor on a regular basis.
