I give them 5 stars. They deserve "10". We had a blow out on Hwy 52, headed for the Blue Ridge Pkwy. Senior citizens. They sent 2 young men, who had us up & going in no time. When we ask how much, it was no charge. They were angels in my eyes. I am so thankful that there is a towing/wrecker service that has a heart. We were blessed today & they will be blessed in their future. Thank you young fellows! I will refer your business to my family & friends. Bonnie R Lail ����✴
They were very nice and helpful. The price for the towing seemed pretty high, but I expected that. The car was totaled, but had a lot of salvageable parts. They said it would only get about $125 from the junk yard. It was not worth the trouble to find out. The battery in that Toyota Prius may have been worth something... among other things. It was not worth the trouble to deal with all that. My car was towed by them on April 5, 2015 from a serious accident. I went to their location a few days later to retrieve items from my car. My new Tom Tom GPS system, 3 way cigarette lighter adapter, and large, unopened roll of duct tape had been stolen from the car. Unless the police stole those items, it happened while in their possession. The police had taken me downtown in handcuffs because of a citation from Pitt County in 2004....huh?! I was out of there in 20 minutes, but missed the opportunity to get my possessions before the car was towed.

This wrecker service was called to remove my vehicle off of 158 after a major accident. I contacted Parkway to obtain the personal items from my vehicle. I had a broken leg so I had to have someone else pick up my items. I was treated very rudely on the phone and the individuals who were picking up the items were also treated the same way. Parkway Texaco will never tow my vehicle and they would be the last person I would recommend for any service.

We were assisted by this company on a Saturday night after a punctured tire left us stranded. The driver came within 30 minutes, was extremely helpful and kind, and went out of his way to get us safely back on the road. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of help!
