My name is Yvonne Nichols, my husband Hal was a heart patient in your hospital from March 18 until March 26, 2008. We have discussed many times that we are not sure what kind of training you offer your employees/volunteers in hospitality and just plain kindness, but we can not sing your praises enough for the compassion shown to us while he was a patient there. From the front door to the exit of the parking lot, we were met by wonderful, caring people and treated with the upmost respect.
