Forsyth Imaging center located at Maplewood Ave in Winston Salem Triad area in NC was started by Dr. Gajendra Singh to provide low cost imaging to the Community. Forsyth Imaging Center offer low cost MRI scan, Low Cost CT scan, Ultrasound, Echocardiogram and other imaging service. We are open 7 days a week and late evenings. We offer single flat fee including imaging and reading combined and still offer the lowest cost. To keep our promise of transparency we are the only one in the state of NC to post prices on the website so you know how much it is going to cost you before you come. We offer zero % financing. Same Day reporting available.
