The owner of the store was very rude and wasn't helpful at all. This was my first time using a service like this and I am completely disappointed

i have had two arrangements from this store. The first one was great. Turned out well and delivered on time but I got one Sunday 1-16-14, and I and my husband got a HORRIFIC case of food poisoning. 24hrs of straight hell. All because they made the arrangement for Wednesday the original day of delivery but because it snowed and delivery got delayed they didn't make me a knew one. So we get horribly sick. I will never buy one again and highly suggest against it. Trust me in this case flowers are much safer.

This was the WORST experience that I have ever encounter. Because I was promised a delivery by one salesperson and it did not happen, I missed a very important engagement that had been scheduled months in advance. I did not receive what I was promised and there were numerous excuses made to me concerning why they did not deliver the product that were promised and on time. I will NEVER use this location again. It ruined my daughter's birthday!!!! Thanks for everything. (NOT)

Ordered an arraignment via the phone from Illinois to be delivered in Winston-Salem was surprised that the order was delivered on time and was a great hit. I will use them again; great job. Ms. University Park Il

As of yesterday 2/14/12 I have been on hold. no one answers the phone. I placed an order last week for Valentines Day and they have not received it. Called today 2/15/12 and the store is closed. What kind of business are they running. Would not recommend ordering from edible fruits in winston salem. Bad service...

Edible Arrangements is an excellent organization however this location provides the worst customer service! I ordered two items from Edible Arrangements.com , one item was being sent to GA via a GA store and the second via this location. OMG what a horrible experience they did not deliver the item on the date guaranteed (which was Sunday) and they did not call me Monday I had to call them. I can almost swear they have caller ID because my call was not answered until I blocked out my phone number or called from my husbands cell phone (he has a NC cell phone number) mind you we are located up north. When I spoke with the manager she said they had too many deliveries and all she can tell me is I apologize and then asked do you want to cancel I said no after she ensured it would be delivered it is now 7:32 pm and my mother just called me because the item has yet to be delivered. I am so embarrassed and saddened ..Embarrassed because I kept telling my mom you have a surprise coming
