Agreed. I love Dr. Logan, he is a great dentist, but their billing department and Jeanne that works there just made me NEVER go back. Twice in a row they have billed me the difference between what my insurance paid and what they submitted. NOT MY PROBLEM. THEY ARE A PPO dentist. She acts like I was suppose to submit something to MY medical insurance instead or dental. NO, YOUR JOB. Can't get straight what procedures they are charging me for and if you ask questions, no clue. PLEASE FIRE YOUR JEANNE IN BILLING. YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING!

I wish I could give them less than 1 star.... I was treated terribly when it came to the billing process. The receptionist made a mistake after mistake, and now I have to pay 600 dollars for something that would have been covered by my insurance after 30 days, AND they already owed me money from the last procedure when I was SEVERELY OVERCHARGED! I'd had enough... I just never went back... I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. That old lady is flying through that job by the seat of her pants, and from what I can tell, he's ok with that! Not to mention he never completed the job and still sent me a huge BILL! The poor business practice definitely overshadows his skill and cost them my business. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY!
