Have been in a couple of times with my laptop and always received very fast service with my device returned within two days. Plan to bring in every six months now for tune-up.

We only sell new parts-- we do not sell used junk--why would we want to sell you another persons problem??
We also are aware that anyone can write a "BAD REVIEW" yes even our competitors can write something bad about us on here and other sites. also employees we have had to let go for stealing, We are also aware they can write their own reviews for their own businesses and make theirselves sound outstanding!!!
again we are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY we would not have been in this same location (across from goodwill on jonestown road in summit station shopping center) for over 18 years now if we were otherwise. we strive to give you the best customer service, one on one that we can because each customer and their needs are unique and special. GREAT PLACE. When I needed a laptop for my business four years ago they were very helpful and got me just what I needed at a great price. I use the usps every week for business and have found them to be very helpful.
Last month I started having issues with my laptop being sluggish and slow. I took it in to have it looked at. They checked it out and found a number of problems from viruses to unnecessary background programs. I told them I very seldom go on the Internet and when I do I'm very careful. They were very helpful and took the time to explain how viruses work and how easily you can get them. They fixed the problem in no time at all and recommended a few inexpensive up grade. Now it runs better than it did new.
These people are courteous, helpful and know what they are doing.
If i were able, i would not have even given 1 star. This place is HORRIBLE...do not ever go here! I was called "a little bitch" as i was leaving being a worried customer. Customer no more. I hope this place fails greatly, and i am an avid supporter of local businesses. Regardless,DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!
My husband and I bought a PC and have no problems with it. We'll be back soon for a laptop. Nice people.. No complaints from this customer. Thanks

my daughter recieved a computer through her school (just know that we cannot afford a computer ) come to find out it came from The Computer Place, we cannot thank this store enough for what they do for the schools and for the students, their donations make such a huge difference in peoples/childrens lives!!! we would never have been able to afford this!! i saw you guys on FOX 8 news the other night and gave you a try and you guys were fantastic--thank you soo much for removing all my viruses my laptop works the best it ever has since i purchased it new!!
Best computer place in town!!!!!!! they are awesome-- i like the fact that they didnt try to take my 80 year old mother for a "ride" they were honest with her and repaired her machine and EVEN did a couple of services for free and when i tried to go pay themon her behalf they would not accept it!!! it dosnt get any better than that!!!
bought a new system from them 4 years ago and its still running strong so i went a couple weeks ago to purchase a new one for my daughter --same friendly people and same wonderful service NEVER go to bestbuy or one of those other fly by night computer shops THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Man they are very professional and fixed my computer very quickly-- they even have a post office in the store which was great-- i like the fact that they have been in business a long time and i know i can trust them. they are awesome great price too
I have gone to this post office on more than one occasion where the blonde haired lady ( I believe to be the owners wife) acted as if I were inconveniencing her by making her wait on me. The last time I was there, she was watching a movie on her laptop and was obviously irritated that she had to pause it to assist me. I was only there to buy a book of stamps of which she flung on the counter.
If it were not for the fact that I can be in and out of that post office faster than the one on Healy Dr.........I WOULD NOT GO!!

The owner and his wife both hung up on my after they offered me $5 for my working IBM laptop! Would never recommend this "establishment".
dear we offered you only five dollars because that was all it was worth-- there were two laptops and neither would hold a charge and one was non working-- they were both around 10 to 12 years old they were scrap-- we offered what they were worth and she wasn't happy BUT she accepted the $5 each for them
