This was definitely the best experience I have ever had with any computer support person! He got my computer up and running again and was helpful and pleasant throughout. It was refreshing to get someone to help sort out my computer problems without trying to make me feel like an idiot because I'm not tech savvy. His rates were better than anyone else I called and I can't imagine better service. I will definitely call him again for any computer help I need in the future. Excellent!
