Do not rent from these people they are horrible at keeping their homes up ..they will work with you that is about the only thing good about them...other than that they are horrible landlords you can call them to report something about the house that needs fixin and they take two to three days to come out and fix it ...our water heater flooded our basement and it took them three days to get it fixed and then we have roaches in this house im in now and I called them about that and they said we wont pay to get rid of them ...please don't rent from these people if you value your health and your childrens health!
