General Info

From his very first experiences in a dark room at the age of 12 to now being a successful commercial photographer with a BFA from RIT, Lee Runion has carried a lifelong passion and love for art and photography. Together in collaboration with his wife Jennifer Bostic, herself a lover of photography and things creative, they are Black Horse. It is through their love of problem solving and Lee's expert use of light that Black Horse works to find the beauty and life in assignments both large and small. The diversity of our work is part of our passion; to do something new and different everyday and explore fresh challenges, is what we most enjoy about what we do. Stills and Video of People, Places, and Things that include fashion, lifestyle, corporate, editorial, still life, food, and architectural, among others. It's all what we do and who we are.And in case you're wondering, Black Horse Studio is named for the Black Horse, a 17th century pub in England, and we're located in a 19th c. Romanesque revival wagon works building in downtown Winston-Salem.
