If you're dependent on your snow blower, you should buy elsewhere. I bought a good machine here with their special gas. The first time I tried to use it, there was no gas. After the 4th use it kept throwing the belt. I called for service. It took a week for them to come get it. They've had it a week and haven't ordered parts for it. I'm thinking I'll never get it back in working condition. I have been stuck in my driveway several times and missed work. I bought my snow blower trying to support a local business and to be self sufficient. Really bad customer service at this business. Very disappointing.
