I have used these guys 3 times before and I always get great service. Ideal Electric really amazed me though this last time. My tenant called me at 3:00 am in the morning saying they had lost power and the generator was not working. I was 2,000 miles away in North Carolina, so I called expecting to get an answering machine. Instead i had a real person answer the phone at 3:00 am in the morning, during a large snowstorm. He said he would be there within the hour to fix it. He came out right in the middle of a 2' snowstorm to replace the battery (that's what was wrong). I cannot express how grateful that I am with the company for taking care of my needs outside of normal hours. I can rest assure that Ideal Electric has my back when I am not there. I would highly recommend this company to everyone in need of someone reliable and intelligent to fix it, and fix it right the first time.

Ideal Electrical installed an Generac automatic home standby generator and I couldn't be happier. There customer service is above and beyond!!! Would absolutely recommend them!
