This place is amazing! It has everything you may want or need. I'm always greeted by the most cheerful smiles and fun loving staff. They are extremely helpful and ready to help with gift ideas, foods for entertainment, etc. This is my go to store!

I normally love Heart's Desire because they have a wide variety of gift options to choose from (I've bought things for my dad, sister, and mom there), but I was less than satisfied with the service I received today. When I entered the nearly empty store the two ladies at the counter did not greet me and as I continued through the store another worker did not ask if I needed assistance. I found a product I liked but ended up leaving empty handed because of the poor service. Even as I left they did not say anything to me. Shame. They will get the other 3 stars back when they give better (if any) service.

The first time i went into hears desire i was completely overwhelmed....BY HOW MANY AWESOME THINGS WHERE THERE! It seemed like I wanted to buy everything I saw. The sales people are extremely helpful and have tested almost every item so they can tell you first hand how something works. They have a great variety of stuff and I could find something for everyone here... Christmas, birthday, just because... and of course for myself. The prices are not the lowest you could find but the fact that so many of the things there are rare and unqic makes paying just a few dollars more worth it. it not like you can find these items at other places. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: as must see for everytime of the season.
