Signature Building & Design, LLC is a Full Service Design/Build company serving Northern Indiana. Signature Building & Design will design and build any size project and we pride ourselves in bringing you, the client, a building project from concept to completion, working with you to take the stress out of the building process.We acquire the permits, work with building officials, engineers and manufacturers, and coordinate the whole building process while still working with the client's budget and schedule. Signature Building & Design, LLC is a member of the Kosciusko/Fulton County Builders Association, The Indiana Builders Association, is an Indiana Quality Assurance Standards Builder and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders. Signature Building & Design is owned and operated by David Johnson, CGB and associates. David graduated from Purdue University with honors in Architectural Engineering Technology; and was awarded a membership on the National Dean's List through the Civil/Architectural Engineering Department. David has also earned his "Certified Graduate Builder" designation through the National Association of Home Builders.
