DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Paid for 6 months, got pick up maybe 4 times. Had to call every week to hear another lame excuse...Driver forgot, sub didn't know to pick up, driver quit, says he picked it up...RIDICULOUS! Owner talked to my husband, guaranteed would be picked up. Next week no pick up. Terrible customer service. Receptionist says "I'll put a not on the route to pick up ALL your garbage next week.", but they still don't show. Constant frustration. Don't use them.would do zero stars if able.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! We live on a paved county road and have used Tabor for about 18 months. The driver calls dispatch to say that it is too muddy today and he can't pick up our trash. I told the dispatch that he wasn't being truthful, but they won't pick up our trash. No credit for not picking up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

would give 5 star rating if I could pay my bill online. I usually sit down on the first of every month and pay bills, except this one. I have to spend time looking for my coupons, envelopes and get a stamp.

they are an ok service as far as picking up trash, but the owners are pocketing a bundle for sure. They do not have any modern conveniences to pay your bill. The only way to pay bill is to mail a check. No reminder that bill is due, no internet services or way to pay by debit card.

Have had their service for over 20 years. Never have had an issue with pick up or billing. My only complaint is that you don't receive a notice if they don't receive payment. I send the monthly payment via our bank web pay. Apparently there was an issue and the payment (along with a slew of others) was sent back to the bank and had to be resent. Resulting in my payment to be delayed. When I called, because my trash wasn't picked up. They told me it was due to non-payment. It was resolved easily enough and the clerk I spoke to was apologetic and said there wouldn't be any fees due to our bank error,

I am very pleased with tabor sanitation never had a probem with them they Are very nice the only thing I have a problem with is you have to send in your payment and its very uncovinces you can't call the office and pay with a debt card I think it would be a lot nicer if you have a option to call in to pay

Two Fridays in a row now.. No trash has been picked up by them! I will be asking for discount for my next bill- and if none granted.. I will go to the local paper and BBB !

These people are really something!! We went out of town the day before the schedule pick up, but the trash can was taken to the front to be picked up. when we came back our trash can had not been empty called and asked why my trash can hadn't been picked up and they said it was because the trash can was probably not too close to the road where it should be.. that is ridiculous. it was sitting where it always is.. but that they would "probably" come and switch my trash can in a day or two, of course they didn't!! like always they like to lie to their customers now I have to wait with a full trash can one full week. This is ridiculous can i send my payment minus a week for them not collecting my trash that week?? I think its only fair! Plus this is not the only time I've had problems with this people if your payment dosen't make it on time these people are thieves they will hit u with a late fee ASAP no consideration on the time i've been a customer.. for 7+ yrs by the way.

I don't know what company you people are talking about. They only have one office, the girl in the front doesn't smoke, so the nut that claimed that they got smoke blown on them is a liar! Their trucks don't lose trash like the bigger companies because they keep them packed. If your trash is not picked up, you either didn't pay your bill by the 10th or you don't have the can out where it belongs. Payments are due in their office the FIRST of each month, not the 14th. Get a grip. If you pay on time like you should, you will get your trash picked up. Late on your credit card......guess what?!......you're charged a late fee, and it's a whole lot more than $5.00. Most of these reviews must be written by people who have not used the service and/or writing something some disgruntled former employee (who walked off the job without telling anyone leaving one person there alone) tells them to write. Boy, what a maroon.

The employees of this company are providing a service. If customers don't pay on time, as specified in the paper work they get with the payment coupons every 6 months, their service would not be interupted. people are not in business to provide services for free. You don't pay your electric or water bill, they will cut them off. Same thing with a trash company. You peoples who are mad about a late fee should pay your bill on time and you would not have to write nasty untrue reviews because you are the one who did not do what you should have in the first place!
The 15th Fell on a Saturday and Monday was the 17th. My trash was not picked up because the money was not there by the 14th and they don't open on Saturday. I have paid on time since the beginning and changed banks, I had called to make a payment and when they told me that the trash was not picked up because the payment was not in on time I could not believe my ears. I immedaitely cancelled and called IEC, I also found they are about 8 dollars cheaper as well and furnish a can also. Tabor Sanitation really stinks, it was stinky to not pick up the trash on Monday because the 15th fell on a weekend. I would not recommend them to anyone at all. IEC is 20 dollars a monthy as well, way cheaper and easier to deal with

These people are NOT nice! They charge you late fees if you are even one day past the payment date AND they refuse to pick up your trash so you end up paying extra money for no service. We have been faithful customers for over 3 years but when we called to ask for an extension because our daughter is very sick they refused. I don't know about the rest of the offices, but the office in Mount Vernon is dirty and very unprofessional. Brought a payment in one Thursday and it was still laying on the receptionist's desk Monday. And of course they didn't pick up the trash that Monday. Receptionist is very rude. If you're allergic to cig smoke, don't go in because the smoke is so thick you can cut it with a knife, and if that's not bad enough, the receptionist will blow it on you. If we had a choice of ANYONE else we would change services, but they have a monopoly where we live. Our trash man is nice though.

They pick up trash when they see fit. They dump trash on the road when they see fit. They come and peek in your windows when they feel the need. (I have teenage daughters) They don't credit customer's accounts when they fail to pick up nor do they make an extra pick up. I really do understand when the roads are iced over but credit my account. They create charges to run up your bill and refuse to itemize them. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
