I live out of town, so when I scheduled the apt. I explained what was wrong and it was understood what parts would be required. The tech "forgot" the part that he knew he needed and had to turn around and drive 80 miles round trip to retrieve it. I was charged for both trips because the tech "forgot". A little frustrated with the process and customer service.
