Is this the same family as the Brown Ranch on Van Diest Road in Grass Valley, Pershing County, that for decades has been denying people the right to access public lands and roads in the Ranch’s attempt to “land lock” properties zoned for residential construction in order to devalue them so the Browns can get them for much less to add to their imaginary holdings of public lands and trails designed and preserved for “we the people”? Same family working with unethical realtors to intentionally misrepresent property access to funnel all prospective purchasers to the tyrannical appropriations of the “Brown Out Ranch”? Heck, Browns even removed a road culvert (belonging to another land owner) in order to prevent my first of two trips each year to develop my Jupiter Road property (which they did everything they could to prevent me from acquiring in the first place.) So now I own the property they previously lied and cheated to acquire and they are angry that their criminal endeavors were not as successful as in the past. And now I own the property they continue to block access and harass whenever possible. 130 years in business and only two negative reviews? CB Brown will never have anything I need that bad - IF the same family, they’ve already provided costly and frustrating “Brown Outs” to my dream of building an off grid home on that beautiful land - won’t stop me, just making what should be a very enjoyable opportunity unnecessarily difficult. The law eventually forces such people into compliance, but the law cannot make anyone be nice. Boycott Brown- outs to public lands for the people! We had our floor re-done through them and they used the wrong materials. When questioned about why it looked funny, they got all offended that we weren't ok with it. We even talked to the owner, who was the rudest of all.

this store has A LOT of merchandise, and alot of the floor clerks really like to help. Unfortunately, if you try to bring back stuff that is warrantied, they get VERY rude with you and say you have to go to the items manufacturer and will njot help u at all. Like i said rude, to the point where they be little you make you feel stupid then wont even tell you how to get ahold of the manufacturer. this isnt just one occasion either. happened several times to me in the past. Also, their products are way higher and sometimes over double from where you can get it in other places in town
