I would not recommend Lori for highlights. I got them and my hair was supposed to be highlighted with caramel highlights and I have a gold red mess. However I would recommend her for hair cuts. She is great at that. She however said she would refund my money for the botch highlights. That is appreciated. Since now I have to get a professional colorist to fix my hair.
