the reason why is there is a lady that works window stays on her cell phone either texting or talking and you sit at the window in line waiting because she has to finish her conversation first. I have an account there and may move it to first trust because my husband says she seems real giggly and flirty with him. I mean if I have an account with some bank I dont think I should come second to them. My needs first. I usually run late to work because I have to wait on her to get to me. I also think there should be a policy on cell phone usage during work shift. They need to use their phones on their breaks. Other than that the bank seems to be ok. Not sure what to do.Anyone else seem to have this problem?
