Robert A. Taft Middle School serves approximately 1,100 students in grades seven and eight. The school s facilities include wireless computer labs, media center and television studio. It also offers an athletic program and various extracurricular activities and clubs for students. Located in Crown Point, Ind., the school s athletics department organizes various sports activities, such as volleyball, football, cross county, basketball, wrestling and track. It has various clubs and organizations, including the National Junior Honor Society, student council, and academic super bowl and spell bowl clubs. The school offers academic classes in arts, family and consumer science, industrial technology, language arts, mathematics, social studies, science and English.
