      Lions Panzek Martial Arts - Traditional martial arts for the entire family located in Winfield, IL. Classes for self-defense, children, families, adults, and for those with special needs. All classes are taught by tae kwon do 5th degree black belt Master Frank Panzek. Studying martial arts has been shown to help with bullying, self-discipline, self-esteem, listening skills, coordination, and flexibility to name a few things. There is evidence that martial arts can also help those with special needs including ADHD, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and others. Come in to observe a class, or better yet schedule a free trial lesson!
