I've lived here for almost 10 years and the customer service and maintenance has steadily declined with each new owner. Don't move in here if you want maintenance issues handled promptly and efficiently! I've had to enlist the help of the Health Dept. as well as Consumer Protection Agency. The space in each apartment is adequate; each apt. has its own washer and dryer, which is a plus. But the few apt amenities are far overshadowed by the poor maintenance. The only thing these people care about is collecting your rent which increases each year with no improvement of service!
