I am an over the road truck driver!! We drive all day and night to get to where we need to be !! I arrive at c&s in Windsor ct and proceed to check-in !! I notice 30+ men standing there so I walked in and stood there thinking I'm in line to get to the window!!! Well...I wasn't ! These are drivers who had already checked in and they make you stand there in a hallway crammed in with a bunch of other guys who stink and are coughing all over you and honestly for such a big company I thought you would be a little more courteous towards the drivers!! I asked the woman how long do we usually have to wait politely!! She responds with an attitude "whenever you get a door!!!" Really??? So I insisted again taut why wouldn't you just take the drivers number and when a door is ready give them a call!! Well..that seemed to make her mad because she then went into a rant about how she's not picking a phone up!!! Well I'm pulling out and I'm taking your product with me!! I won't be coming back to your rude facilities but I'm atleast trying to help future drivers who come off the road there tired and the last thing you want to do is stand there for hours waiting with 30 other guys stuffed in this little hallway!!! Have some respect !!!
