Colt express is a joke of a delivery company. Given an eta between the hours of 2-6pm one would expect that their item would be delivered within the 4 hour timeframe. This, however, was not the case. 30 minutes before the timeframe was up I was notified that the delivery company was 45 minutes away... 15 minutes past the 4 hour window I was given. At 6:25 I called to check how far out the delivery men were and was told that they were still 20 minutes away. Once 6:45 came I called again to find out that the delivery men could not find the address. Colt Express prides themselves on quick, efficient deliveries so one would think that a delivery company would be able to find an apartment complex given the street name and address, zip code, and apartment number. After waiting an extra hour for my delivery, I decided to call the delivery men to cancel the order. I will be contacting the company where I purchased the piece of furniture from to notify them that their third party delivery agencies should be reviewed and reconsidered.
