Don't believe the self-genereated rave reviews. This place is a scam. The owner even admitted that he is changing the name of his company since "Trammell" family name has such a bad reputation. The apple didn't fall far here either. Never on time.....doesn't call when he runs late....threatens to not refund a warrantied part since I wouldn't give him 24hrs to repair. (I have a three year old and my house heated up to 91 and he felt that this was not an emergency) Plus, on two separate occassions, I asked that he replace my furnace filter. The first time, he left the filter completely out of the furnace...the second time he left my new filter...still wrapped laying next to the furnace. RUN from this family.....this company.....this service!!!!! $700 gone in two weeks and he cites a "junky" system.....a system which his father put in this house. This joke of a company gets ZERO stars. (and to think this dude teaches a sunday school class)

I have used this company to change my filters and service my equipment for years. They have great customer service and clean trucks they never track up the house and are very polite.
