Extremely poor customer servic...

Extremely poor customer service. Employees busy trading stories and goofing off to notice customer has set there one hour waiting for prescription. I finally had to ask about the delay and was advised my doctor had not faxed the prescription yet and I should call them. Five employees were constantly aware I had been waiting an hour and no one bothered to check with me or try to find out about the problem. After ignoring me for 1 hour I would have thought they would call the doctor since they had the card with the doctors name and telephone on it. I see why chain drug stores are more prevalent now, I have never had this type of experience in any of them. This must be family owned and operated that no one has to be worried about being fired for poor customer relation skills or loosing business. They lost my mine.
