First I would like to say the groomers did a great job with the bath and cut. I am pleased about that. However, their attitudes and customer service skills are very poor. I get attitude when I call to make an appointment. The male that answered the grooming phone had to ask if it was okay to schedule my pet and the rude lady yelled at him saying "No there was nothing available". There were 2 times I had scheduled appointments and came in and they didn't have me down and couldn't fit me in. There was one time they only had my pet down for a bath when I clearly wanted the bath and groom. The groomer argued saying she was standing right beside the person who took my call and supposedly heard what I said on the phone and she said I didn't ask for the bath and groom. So I was being called a liar. This is an issue with both Winchester locations. Very rude people and will never take my pets back there.
