I have found that as a transport co doing business with this company has no understanding of what they are doing in regards to what a working relationship is. They employ incompetent people who have no idea what they are doing in the position of which they hold. If you are trying to run the logistics for inbound they should have utmost knowledge of the principal task and be able to work with the company being understanding of weather and travel to and from. Truckers can only do so much but safety comes first....unfortunately not with this company...the unbelievable rudeness with the lies they tell you prevents the relationship to develop to long term business so sad that this continues today with the owner being so out of touch.
