If you call for a repair service, they send a person out who is unable to fix the problem and charges 1 hour/$123. They then send out a team of two people who are able to fix the problem. Their overtime rate begins at 4pm for both the repair man and the helper. In addition each person on the job is able to invoice the customer for 1/2 hour of billable time for travel to your home. If you choose to use their services make sure you ask them to document their arrival time on the invoice with you as a witness and again document their departure time on the same invoice before they leave your home. Don't let them leave without a copy of the invoice. They are capable of fixing your unit, but extremely unethical with documenting the time they were at your home and will call you the next day to pay over the phone without providing you an invoice.
