The lady that works this chain is not here to assist customers!! I've worked retail many years and bought from here lots of time 10-15 pairs of shoes a year no more!! The lady that came in almost 5min late all was good when she held the door open for us as my husband, son and I walked in then she became extremely mad telling us we had no business being in there until the lights were turn on you know I could understand if she asked for us to wait outside until she got the lights on but attack us after holding the door open that flew all over me late almost 5 mins then behave in any such a manner with 5 competitors within 1 min walking distance not good for business which is where we will be going for now on!!! I would rather be treated with respect and spend extra money than to be disrespected and rung out by such a rude, ungrateful personnel who in todays world needs to be thankful for every customer that walks though the door to mad like that shes making money by the hour with out a s
