Chasse Home Maintenance and Repair, Inc is a woman-owned, family owned and operated business, incorporated in Massachusetts by Harold and Debbie Chasse in 2004. We are fully licensed and insured. Debbie Chasse has over 20 years experience in almost every aspect of business management. Prior to co-founding CHMR, Debbie spent over 10 years focused on technical project management. She started her business career in accounting in the private sector, and has held several positions as office manager. She spent four years as a software/hardware computer technician for a national company. Additionally, she has held several customer support positions, including telephone support of highly complex computer software. She has her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Massachusetts and her MBA from Bentley College. Debbie has a unique understanding of the importance of customer service in business. She continually strives to overcome the customer service challenges inherent in the industry, and works hard to exceed customer expectations. Debbie appreciates the importance of customer satisfaction, and is focused on building lasting customer relationships.
