Temecula Preparatory School, also known as TPS, is a public charter school that offers educational services for more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade 12. Its facilities include athletic and track fields, student and adult restrooms and over 25 classrooms. The school s academic curriculum includes English, phonics, literature, French, grammar, composition, mathematics, reading, science, history and geography. Temecula Preparatory School conducts classes in Latin for students in grades 11 and 12. Its staff includes teachers, psychologists, guidance counselors, nurses, social workers, and speech, language, hearing and resource specialists. The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WACS) and the Accrediting Commission for Schools (ACS). Located in Winchester, Calif., Temecula Preparatory School is a part of the Temecula Valley Unified School District, which governs several educational institutions.
