I purchased a new horse trailer from Versatile Trailer Sales. On the SAME day as i took delivery, I experienced THREE flat tires on the way home from their location (no fault of my own). Fortunately, I did not have an accident on the highway, which could have killed someone.When i called and told the owner what happened, he told me to put rocks under the trailer to jack it up. He also stated that since i was towing the trailer, it was my fault the tires went flat, not his. The owner flat out refused to send someone over to help me remedy the issue. Note that the incident happened on the SAME day as I took delivery!! No joke, three flats on the date of purchase and the owner really responded this way!!! I ended up purchasing all new tires. Since then, even after multiple requests, Versatile has absolutely refused to reimburse me for the tires. Nice Trailer, but honestly, Versatile Trailer Sales should be fined and shut down. This type of careless delivery inspection and refusal to take responsibility for problems should never be allowed to go unchecked in the State of New York, or anywhere. I would NEVER recommend these guys to anyone, EVER!

The woman at the desk is very pleasant to work with! She was fast in preparing my paper work so I could get to my next job site and she said I could come back later in the day to pick my trailer up if I needed because I had to get to a job! The sales man was polite but did walk away from me twice to get something in another room with out excusing himself which I did find a little rude since I was the one talking as he was walking. I would go back there because there quality of trailer is the best I've found so far locally in Saratoga but the sales man is a lot to be desired after walking away from me twice in mid sentence.
