They are really the best!! I had an emergency with my bird and I was beside myself, completely helpless and not knowing what way to turn after a sleepless night for both my bird and I. From The time I called them in a panic cliff answered the phone and to the rescue I had already felt better. No attitude just a helping hand. I was immediately put at ease that i had help. when I got there It was just as warm environment. I handed my Traumatized bird over to a man named Dave who also made me feel instantly at ease. Hard to do when I was in such a panic for such a long time. Dave really spent his time and patience to help ko ko my bird. I kept thinking this is a business and all they would be payed was $800 for services. I am never used to be treated so well in a "business" especially when spending $8.00 . We all know in south florida we are treated as well as the amount of money we spend. Lets sum it up...These guys both Cliff and Dave care!!! They were nothing less then Amazing!!! I have never wrote a Review on line but have read many in purchasing things so I realize it means something!! Dave went over and beyond not to just make me feel better but gave a lot of love to my bird who was terrified but automatically fell in love with him and funny for a bird who doesn't like males. I just can't say enough!! so good to see that there are still good people out there and still good places to turn in time of need. I told them they made a customer for life and it is a promise i will be so pleased to keep!!! Thanks guys and I really just can't say enough!!!! Thankful!! oh yeah and the store was clean and the toys were awesome and better priced then most stores I shop at ...plus they will not scam you, They will sell you what is best for your bird!!
