      The turn over is to bad. I feel bad for your employees, there is no reason for them to be loyal to the company. How can you expect a incredible job when they're Temporary. Why not keep the employees that do well with people and their job. They have experience and knowledge that these new ones don't and it shows. How many times am I going to hear I'm new and I don't know. I love recommending people that do well. I can't any more. I tell them to buy it themselves and do it with the manuals. A bad review can reach thousands of people in a short period. A good review will only reach a few. Congratulations on your POOR review and wasting talent.
