We had a good experience with Signature's Tigard office. They were very helpful to our family during my step mother's last months, allowing her to stay at home until her passing. The night she died, their social worker sat with us for 4 hours until the transport company arrived.

Very disorganized overall. They take care of themselves first and put their clients second. Went with another company that was ultimately more responsive to the needs of my dying mother. Don't use Signature unless you want to be consistently disappointed.
