These appartments have Too much BLACK MOLD. You clean it, and it keeps re-appearing. Neighbors are full of DRAMA. Cops always coming to take control. Boulder Creek will not be responsible if your apartment is infested with roaches,mice,etc....and rent will never be constant, It will keep going UP throughout the year.
