I went to the Wilsonville ATT store around the holiday season to find out when I was due for an update and to see what type of phone I might be interested in. When I found the phone (NOT A SMART PHONE) I liked I asked if there were any data fees or other fees attached, they said no. I was told I would be able to buy the phone without having to pay for a data plan (internet access). Then after the New Year when it was time for my update, they refused to sell me the phone unless I signed up to pay for monthly fees that I didn't have to sign up for to buy the phone. I verified whether or not the additional fees were required to purchase the phone with other ATT stores in the area and they told me that I had been lied to by the employees of this store. The phone in question could be bought without the data plan, even without a texting plan!



Furthermore, every time my family has had to deal with this store in the past they have had a very condescending attitude towards us, have talked down to us and not treated us right. I can understand that working in the wireless industry can be frustrating, but these employees that we worked with were downright rude.



This store's employees need to learn a few lessons with dealing with customers. 1) Honesty. Be truthful about your products, and don't cheat your customers. 2) Attitude. If it was an isolated incident with one employee, and that employee could have been mistaken, than there would not be a problem. Though this store has been a continuous battle for my family and I, and have been rude on numerous occasions.



Needless to say, this particular store, and possibly ATT has lost our business.
