The Walgreen’s on the corner Tarboro and Forest Hills rd…. I used to love going to my pharmacist, but now I hate to even ponder about going. I used to go to CVS but, I kept having to wait forever in line so, I left CVS and I went to Walgreen’s. I have been there for years and since about 2yrs. ago it started getting longer & longer. Now we have to wait in line and this kept getting worse & it was so bad we were waiting an hour to an hour & a half. Now I’m thinking of leaving Walgreen’s forever. If you want to keep your customers, Walgreen’s needs a better system than what they are doing now. I’m sure you’ve heard it from others, cause I’ve talked to some them. Please take me seriously. Walgreen’s doesn’t want to lose customers just because they are waiting like it seems forever. Thank you, Wanda Eason !!!!!!!

This store is close to the hospital and 24 hrs. The staff is well trained and fast.

The pharmacy department needs to take a class on respect and manners. I took a prescription inside the store to wait for it; I was told it would take about thirty minutes. After an hour I get in line to wait. After waiting in that line for another thirty minutes I was told that I could not get that prescription today. So here I am an hour and a half later and asked if someone could not have told me? They replied tell me what? Here I am waiting for a prescription that I can’t get today and they had no plan to tell me? But wait this is my second prescription for the same medication. The first prescription I have been waiting to get for a month now, so while at the doctor today he gave me a new prescription to get today. My mistake was going back to Walgreens. I asked for my prescription back and the pharmacist was so rude and was talking so ugly and hateful to me I started to feel steam coming out of the top of my head and I had to started counting in order to keep from slapping her. There was no need to talk to me in such a way. I remained calm, simply asked a question and wanted my prescription back. I do not do the hateful rude thing and I refuse to give anybody my business that is treating me in that way.To make this long story short, I went down the road to Medicap and had this prescription in my hand in ten minutes... With a smile and a THANK YOU!My advise... If you see this Walgreens, keep right on riding by.
