When you need to have it cleaned right, call these guys right away.

Four years ago we decided to replace our propane fireplace with a natural gas fireplace. The installer who did the job tried to use a shop vac to clean the soot out of the fireplace before installing the new unit. Of course this meant that soot ended up getting ALL over my house. Furniture, walls, carpet, everything was covered with it. And I had eighteen people coming to our house in two days to celebrate the holidays. I was in tears I was so upset. But the helpful people from Servpro came in and took over. In ONE DAY they had removed all signs of the soot. They had even done the carpets. They saved the day. I don't know what we would have done without their services. Soot is very difficult to remove, but they did it and did it well. I will never forget that. It saved our holidays.
